The posting as informational would allow some of the implementations to proceed and allow us to refine the specification even further. Also, as these implementations proceed, what would people think of us adding additional informational documents describing specific SCMP implementations, like XML documents in SCMP? Or, related to the trade working group, SCCD or IOTP over SCMP? Thoughts?
