Re: SCMP Informational Draft?

I had originally thought that going for Informational was not a good idea, 
but I think it is reasonable as long as we think that you will then try to 
get it on standards track. You still need to make some revisions even to be 
sure it is ready for informational, but I think that going for that first 
sounds fine.
