WiMAX is considered the next step beyond WiFi because it is optimized for 
broadband operation, fixed and later mobile. The WiMAX Summit, to be organised 
in Paris next May 25-28, will gather the most distinguished experts and key 
players in the field.
 Are WiMAX and WiFi complementary?
 When and how will WiMAX evolve towards mobility? 
 Can WiMAX be considered as a migration path to 4G? 
 How is addressed the interoperability challenge? 
These questions, among others, will be addressed during the event.
