I'm the current list caretaker for [email protected]

For reasons of proper process and discoverability, I think that
a working group whose goal is to produce an RFC sould be @ietf.org

The WG and thus its list will probably disband when the RFC or RFCs are done.
[email protected] will continue to be available to serve "between WGs".
