Compiling CML without RSA BSAFE or RSAREF

Hi,

	Is it possible to compile CML without having RSA BSAFE or RSAREF ?  We want
to use the sm_Free3 CTIL, so we shouldn't need these, right ?

	How would I do this using the CML 1.9.1 distribution files ?
