Thank you very much for your feedback.  We will implement the enhancement
that you have requested, but that feature will not be included in our
upcoming v2.0 SFL release.  We will implement the enhancement in the v2.1
SFL release.

Thanks for the response. 

It is not causing me any great problems at the moment as I don't think I
need to support EncryptedReceipts just yet - I can't see what encrypting a
receipt would get me/the user.
It would be nice to be able to send multiple GeneralName forms for other
reasons (e.g. ACDF).

I would be interested to know if/when you decide on a schedule for this
