Re: Should SIMPLE be rechartered, replaced, closed, or what?

Mary,

Peter Saint-Andre's reactivated drafts are part of what I was talking 
about. There has been other discussion that may or may not be covered by 
those drafts.

Your suggestion to discuss in DISPATCH and decide if and where we want 
to do that work makes sense, and is what DISPATCH is for. Presumably we 
can do that in Atlanta.
