Question with respect to the COEX draft.

Hi all,

While trying to implement this below in a JAVA stack, I
wonder why there are two different security models for
Community-Based.

I understand the need for two Message Processing Models for SNMPv1 and
SNMPv2, but the security model....

Below is the section in question.
