[media-types] Confirmation of regular expression syntax for Me dia Type

Greetings,
I am currently proposing some additional LDAP syntaxes
and have created a draft standard that is being discussed in the ART
IETF group, and I have been requested to verify if the syntax is correct
for the Media Type as a regular expression is as follows:
[A-Za-z0-9]([A-Za-z0-9!#$&^_.+-]){0,126}/[A-Za-z0-9]([A-Za-z0-9!#$&^_.+-]){0,126}

Section 2.3.3 where the Media Type is defined.
Can you please confirm to me this is correct or not?
