Thanks for taking your time to comment my proposal.  I do appreciate
it, because it forces me to think more carefully.  Your points are
good, but I still think by theory holds.  I shall now do some more
research before returning to the subject matter.

I wish that I had been in Munich.  I should join the Fax WG.  I have
already joined URLREG, PINT, and MMUSIC.  Some people on MMUSIC have a
documented need for phone URLs, but I have the impression that the
people on PINT have more of a telecom background.  If my comments can
bridge the distance between them, and thereby speed the process, I
will be satisfied.
