Here's another issue for DC:

There must be 6 proposals now for URL schemes for telephone
numbers. How do we keep them from stepping on each other,
or for them issuing as 6 different URL schemes, with no
interoperability?

On the other hand, how can we move this forward quickly?

These things have been hanging fire for quite a while.

Proposal: have a 'URL scheme board' which vets tentative proposals
or denies them within two weeks as to their following the guidelines.
