I approve of this registration.

I assume that since CTA has plans to eventually give the NSSs a
hierarchical structure, they will be careful do allocations in the near
term that don't conflict with hierarchical structures that they might
want to eventually implement.  Though in practice, that doesn't matter
much.

A couple of editorial nits:

You probably want to rearrange the first sentence to "The Consumer
Technology Association (CTA) is an ANSI-accredited standards development
organization supporting industry through voluntary consensus standards
development since 1924."

Under "Syntax", the actual syntax specification for NSS is in section 2
of RFC 8141; section 2.2 contains a long discussion of the details of
the specification.
