Well, the CTA WAVE specifications are freely available (although you 
need to provide personal information). Just now I was able to download 
the CTA Specification "Device Playback Capabilities Specification" 
(CTA-5003-A) and see that they have assigned URNs such as 
"urn:cta:wave:test-content-media-profile:2022". However, I agree with 
Dale that it would have been preferable for CTA to define the structure 
of their URNs at the time of registering their namespace ID.
