[urn] Re: URN Template submission

In general, I support this registration.  However, there are some
details that need to be fixed in the registration template:

Encrucijadas Revista Crítica de Ciencias Sociales

Given the informal namespace identifiers that have been assigned to date
(https://www.iana.org/assignments/urn-namespaces/urn-namespaces.xhtml#urn-namespaces-2),
IANA is likely to assign the identifier "urn-8".  (This does not require
a change to the registration.)

> Syntax: The syntax of URNs assigned within this namespace follows the
> informal URN namespace format:

> urn::-
>
> eISSN: electronic International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) articleID:
> internal identifier assigned to each published article or resource within
> Encrucijadas.

The format provided here needs to be fixed.  One way to do it is:

> urn:<namespace identifier>:<eISSN>-<articleID>
>
> eISSN: electronic International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) of
> Encrucijadas Revista Crítica de Ciencias Sociales, viz., "2174-6753".
> articleID: internal identifier assigned to each published article or
> resource within Encrucijadas, which is a sequence of digits.
>
> Example (assuming the assigned NID is urn-8): urn:urn-8:2174-6753-12345

(WorldCat confirms that this eISSN is correct:
https://search.worldcat.org/search?q=n2%3A2174-6753&offset=1)

You may want to allow a more general format to the articleID than simple
numbers so that you can make more complex URNs in the future.  For
example:

> articleID: internal identifier assigned to each published article or
> resource within Encrucijadas, one or more letters, digits, and/or
> hyphens.

However, that is not important, as you can always update the
registration template later to allow more complex articleID's.
