[urn] Re: URN Template submission

Thank you, Dale, for the observations and the advice.

Following the suggested format we confirm the *urn:<namespace
identifier>:<eISSN>-<articleID> *format. Our idea is that the articleID
sticks to 1 letter+ 4 digits (i.e a2501).

Please let us know if there is something else to be fixed.
