Hi Wenjing,

Would you mind providing a link to the Composable Event Streaming
Representation (CESR) version 2.0?  A quick search has turned up
https://trustoverip.github.io/kswg-cesr-specification/ bit it is showing a
version of 0.9 (though that might be the spec version rather than the
protocol version).

Because the NID you're proposing is for a self-assigned rather than managed
namespace, I am surprised to see that there are no listed security
considerations.  You may want to look at
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc4122#section-6, which relates to a
different self-assigned NID for some example concerns beyond the usual
issues around potential collisions.
