https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-ietf-spice-glue-id-08.html has been published incorporating the review comments from Dale and Peter.  As designated experts, can you now approve the registration?

This update to the PR uses RFC 8141 rather than RFC 3986.  https://github.com/ietf-wg-spice/draft-ietf-spice-glue-id/pull/73/changes/b8e8ddf082d1d5481ac6bc9843687ca2fcd40979

I plan to merge and publish the new draft when the submission window reopens tomorrow.

I think this version of the registration is suitable, except for one detail:

The grammar in RFC 8141 (URNs) is stricter than the grammar in RFC 3986 (URIs generally).
