Unlike IPv4, there currently isn’t any standard to run IPv6 over amateur radio.   It has issues like no commercials traffic nor encryption.   I would like to see work done, but I don’t think it belongs in a document titled Bluetooth.

But generally, emergency communication over amateur radio is well established internationally.    It’s not clear to me that the IETF has a lot of value to add.
