Maybe I'm reading this incorrectly, but it still looks like folks might have
fundamentally different views on what the scope of the next whois BOF should
be.  If this is the case, and given that we can hold only so many BOFs on
this topic [1], I think it would have been wise to discuss scope and charter
for the BOF BEFORE the BOF was scheduled.  If the whoisfix BOF fails to
produce any tangible results, will it even be possible to try again?
