Re: [dhcwg] WG consensus action: ACCEPT LL34 better transition to routable from v4LL using DHCP

Does this mean that once a DHCP address is established that the machine 
will not participate in IPv4LL? If this is the case, then it would be 
problematic in that if another node is brought online that does not 
obtain an DHCP address (either it does not want to or DHCP server is 
down), then that node cannot communicate with the first node using 
IPv4LL.
