the most informative. A lot of this is
PR and smoke & mirrors!

On another list, people said a week or two ago that sending two letters wou=

But I haven't followed that up to see if such a principle would in fact app=
ly (although I think he *is* exercising a power by writing both the 2nd and=
 third letter).
