There were quite a few posters who weren't trolling but posting the
complaints they had sent to the BBC via the feedback form. Of course,
they're probably passed through the autoresponder and staight to /dev/null -
someone on groklaw suggested sending a complaint to the Programme Complaints
Unit, but whether that extends to online articles is open to question.

A barrage would not be a good idea, it'd probably just reinforce the image
(DDoS on a postbox instead of a website...) But a formal letter would be 
a good idea IMO - I believe one of the Irish LUGs has done this already in
response to similar comments made on a radio show ther e(don't have the link
to hand, will try to find it asap).
