I'm not sure about Ofcom in particular, nor even that Ofcom are necessarily 
the best or only people to write to. I'm waiting on a reponse from the person 
who's drawing up a draft letter, but I'll be sure to post it here as soon as 
I know. I would however hazard a guess that lots of letters based loosely 
around a template would work best.
