Annoying FACT infomercial

I was at an independent cinema yesterday and for the first time saw a
FACT infomercial.  It went on before the ads.  It basically threatened 
the audience with criminal charges if they attempted to record the
film.

The infomercial was quite frankly offensive.  I assume that such things
are regulated by the ASA ( http://www.asa.org.uk ) and I am thinking of
complaining.  I am particularly annoyed about the term 'copyright
theft'.

Before I do, has anyone else seen this ad?  Is this a recent/ubiquitous
phenomenon? If you have seen it, do you think there good grounds for a
complaint, or should I just fume silently?
