Maybe if someone else wants to work on it (I can't speak for anyone
but me).  

I am just happy that so many people are demonstrating independent
thought, refusing to swallow the propaganda from the record industry.

The record industry has been lying for so long, they can't even
remember what lies they've already told, or what 'promises' they've
already made -- 'promises' that they freely break later on as if
no-one is likely to notice.  Plenty of people seem to remember,
though, and can certainly hold all the wrongs done by the record
industry against them.  

Incidentally, it will be very interesting to see how these 28 being
sued will react.  This isn't America, things are different here.  It
seems to me that the laws here somehow feel more weighty, and
litigation is also a more serious thing to put in progress.  Maybe we
will get some deeper consideration of the issues as a result of this?
That could be deeply counterproductive for the BPI.

Well, we'll see, I guess.

P.S.  Regarding talking to the police about auto-driver-installing
corrupt discs that are potentially illegal under the Computer Misuse
Act, I'm not going to work on this.  Having tried this kind of thing
with the OFT and Trading Standards, I don't have a lot of faith in the
'authorities'.

However, maybe it's just that we need someone who knows the system and
who knows how to approach it in the right way.  If someone else wants
to do some work on this, it's yours to run with, as far as I am
concerned.
