NB. the silliest example that's being quibbled over at the moment is 
whether space-shifting from iPod to differing desktop machines (or 
presumably, iPods owned by the same person) is legal or illegal. Citing 
the situation of someone who bought a new G-5 and then bought a G-4 
laptop for her birthday.... and can't switch music from one to another.

Originally Apple said it could be done... I believe it can only be done 
now by circumvention...
