BUT - remember life isnt such a predictable thing here - I wouldnt be 
over here if it was.

Bush and Kerry were neck and neck until the debates... thats when Kerry 
lost his footing. He proved himself unable to stand up on his own two 
feet and say something sensible - remember to take foot out of mouth 
before opening. To Bush's 'I admire your work as a family man etc.....' 
he said 'um, I admire your wife'... well, he could have said something a 
little more polite in the way of praising say, his mothers work in 
family literacy?...

Kerry proved himself not strong enough a leader to be a president - 
thats when he lost favour. Its still a close call - depending on which 
radio station / tv channel you watch / listen to, - I prefer Reuters/AP 
as a more honest picture. While I'm not an advocate of 100% predictable 
voting, I dont think thats what's going on here - people's families are 
out in the Gulf and they want some one who they can trust to manage that 
situation. I'd hoped Kerry might be able to do it, but looking at the 
debates... well, they were embarrassing...
