Anyone have a rough idea of the time this item was broadcast, as I'm now 
interested enough to trawl through the BBC's Listen Again limited interface 
for the piece, but I'd rather not have to trawl through the entire today 
programme from this morning to hear the exact words, and it's not listed in 
their "article breakdown" of the program. Was it in one of the Business News 
sections?
