Well, look at http://bugme.osdl.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1265
I has been resolved, but only with hack into kenel source 
code, but with it it looks fine (I don't use suspend or
other power management function, but battery applet in
Gnome 2.2 (with patch from
http://www.its.caltech.edu/~dmoore/battstat/) shows corrent
informations.
