[ACPI-sppt] Speaking of kernel oops...

BTW, this may be rendered irrelevant by test10 -- I haven't tried it yet -- 
but did anybody else have any problems specific to test9 and ACPI?  ACPI has 
never fully worked for me (in particular, the sleep modes), but it was 
otherwise fairly stable up to test8.  With test9, unplugging or plugging in 
the power cord caused my kernel to lock up hard, to the point where I 
couldn't get any debugging information out of it.

Has anybody else noticed this?
