[ACPI-sppt] ACPI on SOLTEK SL KAV-75 in MDK 9.1

Hi,
I've got a SL-75 KAV Soltek's motherboard and installed MDK 9.1. with ACPI. 
First of all during the boot it says that there's no file/directory in 
/proc/acpi/event. I've checked and indeed there's no ACPI directory in /proc 
at all. Syslog shows:

what I've done is:
1. removed the acpi=off from lilo.conf. Syslog says ACPI is still disabled via 
command line even after acpi=on
2. checked irqs: no ACPI (BIOS says it's on #9)
3. followed instructions from Linux ACPI-HOWTO and checked FACP table:

It says nothing to me.

4. Since syslog says

I've changed BIOS - didn't work.

The funny thing is I've got Windows XP installed on the same disk and no 
problem with ACPI.

Can anybody help me?
