[ACPI-sppt] Missing C states & thermal stuff on P4M

Hi --

I've recently been told (by what I consider a reliable source) that
CPU power states (C1, C2 etc) are supported by all mobile Pentium 4
processors. I have one such processor in my laptop (a HiGrade R5400,
which is basically a rebadged Gericom X5/Twinhead P1400); however,
these states don't appear to be supported beyond the default C1 state:

worries me -- does this mean that I have no thermal protection?
