[ACPI-sppt] HP xw6000 acpi problem

Hi!
I'm trying to get acpi working on this machine, but with no success.
There is E7500 chipset, onboard AIC79xx & sound & Broadcom GigaBit network
card & so on ...
This is the problem (kernel 2.4.21 with rc3 acpi):

and that's it. It seems that scsi isn't getting any interrupts!!!
DSDT looks ok (no compilation errors), and i'm stuck here!!!!!
