[ACPI-sppt] Hp Pavilion N5441 & sleep S3

Hi all,

when I echo 3 > /proc/acpi/sleep with a 2.5.73 kernel, Everything is ok
when i resume except the network. 

My internal ethernet card ( Accton Technology Corporation EN-1216 Ethernet
Adapter (rev 11)  - driver tulip ) freeze.

I cannot rmmod the driver


Do I feel a bug repport against tulip ?
