[ACPI-sppt] Boot lock following ACPI activation

Hi,

I activated ACPI on my laptop yesterday. The ACPI options were included in the kernel but not activated. I activated them and compile the kernel. -> I DESACTIVATED APM <- 

On bootup, it freezes at the ACPI initialization. Any tips?

    RAM : 256 MB (16 vid / 240 sys)
Distro : Mandrake 9.0
    Kernel : 2.4.19-16mdk
ACPI : 20011018

The boot sequence freezes at that message :
