[ACPI-sppt] dependency problem with latest acpi patches when ipmi is also enabled

Hello,

when IPMI is also enabled in the kernel, the latest ACPI patches
against 2.4.21 (acpi-20030619-2.4.21.diff.gz) fails with some
"No such file or directory" errors.
