[ACPI-sppt] problem with toshiba satellite 300-214

i have a problem with the acpi devices.

if i use the acpi in kernelsource(2.4.21)
* ac_adapter --> works fine
* powerbutton --> works fine
* battery --> don't work (allways displays 50%)

if i use the acpi kernelpatch (acpi-20030620-2.4.21.diff)
* ac_adapter --> don't work (i don't get entries in /proc/acpi)
* powerbutton --> don't work * battery --> works fine

what can i do to solve my problem.

the speedstep function i haven't tested yet.

can you help me please?
