[ACPI-sppt] battery AE_TIME problems

I am having problems getting ACPI to detect my battery (see dmesg 
below), it seems to be something to do with the embedded controler.

I've just built my kernel (2.4.21) again with ACPI debug but I'm not 
sure what to do next!
