I think this is the standard message when the OS replaces the BIOS DSDT. 
When you have a mdified DSDT in your Linux Kernel this message should 
come up everytime you boot since after shutdown the Linux Kernel DSDT 
is lost and the compteronly knows its "own" DSDT from the BIOS.

I assume your kernel hang is coused by something different. Maybe your 
Linux-Kernel DSDT is buggy.
