[ACPI-sppt] Strange behaviour on Acer Aspire 1304XC

I experience a strange problem with my laptop:
On "normal operation" I get temperatures about 65 C, but if I go on battery
power and then back to ac power the temperature suddently raises (going over
79 C) and the fan starts, even if the cpu is idle.
When the battery is charging and charge raises 100% I get the same behaviour.
Switching in battery brings everything to normal (until you turn back to
ac-power).

This happens with every combination of kernels (2.4.x 2.5.x 2.6.0-test) and
acpi versions.

Other people with the same notebook have the same problem.

What can it depend on? I also tried booting with pci=noacpi option, but
nothing changes.
