No.  It means that the event is almost certainly not "button/lid/C1A4" and
you're invoking the default ACPI rule that simply prints the event.  It looks
like your rule should probably be:

> event=button/lid.*
> action=/etc/acpi/gotosleep

or at least:

> event=button/lid C1A4

How do you tell the difference between opening and closing the lid?
