[ACPI-sppt] Tecra S1 - ACPI issue

All,

I have installed RH 9 on my new Tecra S1. Downloaded,
compiled and installed the kernel 2.4.22 with ACPI
patch. Enabled ACPI and Toshiba extras. However,
battery option stil does not work and AC power also
not recognised. My question is does the current ACPI
support Tecra S1 laptops? If it is related to Intel's
Centrino processor is is supported. I have checked the
acpi page on Intel's website but could not find
anything useful. Any information would be appreciated.
