I manually patched the 20030619-patched 2.4.21 and then I created a 
patch that it seems working (I attached it). But now I'm always getting 
the same problem: if I disable 'Local APIC' sometimes the 'ACPI support' 
is reduced to just this choice (no modules and other stuffs). As if w/o 
'Local APIC' I can't have complete ACPI support.

I'm trying the new 2.4.22, but when I tried it one month ago I got some 
problem and as my 2.4.21 is more tested and it works perfectly, I stayed 
w/ it.
