[ACPI-sppt] Unable to set performance on dell D600

Hi !

  when I try set performance state P3-P7 on my dell D600, I obtain kernel
error massages "transition failed". I can only set mode P2, but then I
can't set another state. Throttlink seem to work fine.

  Where can be problem?
