SUMMARY of cron problem

Thanks to many of you, especial thanks to Edward Machaghten
and also Brett Geer, Dombrowski Neil and Sean Ryan.

The easiest way to solve this problem was to run in cron the logrotate
with option '-f' to force logrotate NOT to use it's internal
inelegance functions to check log file (a size, number of records and
etc...)

According the documentation, where Eddward pointed me,logrotate has
it's own rules also, that log files should mach in order to be
rotated. (this if files are too small, it will simply ignore them)
