Is there a way to cause a linux machine to reboot without using the
various command line utils?

I have a system that has had a drive problem and all commands report
input/output errors. I have called the NOC center 3 times to get it
physically rebooted and they have yet to do it. I am hopeing that there
is a device or a proc system that I can put a value in and make the
system reboot. This is a RedHat 7.3 system.
