SUMMARY:collect: I/O error on connection

This problem did not pertain to drac or SMTP Auth, I remember I also tweaked
on other setting in the sendmail.cf:
# maximum message size
O MaxMessageSize=10000000
I recommented it
# maximum message size
#O MaxMessageSize=10000000
restarted sendmail and it worked.

Question posted below:

I have a server running Backup Exec 9.0, after it is done backing up it is
supposed to send a mail to a few recipients. It used to work before I
installed Drac and SMTPAUTH. Could this be the problem? If so how would I
resolve it. Could it be a size limitation? If so how do I check?

Here is my error log:
