Anti Virus for sendmail

Can somebody advise me an inline virus scanner for Sendmail. We are currently using RAV Antivirus
and because it's an end of live product, I'm searching for a good alternative. 

 

The virus scanner I'm looking for should be able to scan for viruses, depending on the e-mail
domain. The licensing should also be bases on the number of domains it scans. 

 

Does anybody have experience about using multiple engines, from different vendors, to filter mail
for viruses? Which engines do you use, what is the maximum amount of mail it can handle, hardware
platform, etc.?

 

I'm also interested in good open source project. Do you know an ISP who is using an open source
product to scan for viruses?
