Question about cddb

(I hope this is appropriate.)

When I burn a music cd, is there a difference between the resulting cd if 
there was or was not a cddb lookup done on the original? I understand that 
the track information is good if I want to make a cover for the cd, but 
what does it do for me when I go to burn the cd?
