Description of Problem: If you have a disk(s) that have no OS installed and
click on the Parallel Installation option, the installer goes out to lunch, and
offers no way to recover or re-start (other than cycling power and trying it
again).
This corner-case should be detected since novice installers may not even
understand what's required/done and should have the ability to have a "oops, I
pressed the wrong button" path so that they don't have to reboot to try to re-
install.
Personally, I think this is high priority; feel free to downgrade, however.
